And look at wealth building not in bank balance size but your overall well-being. The word Wealth comes from the Old English words “weal” (well-being) and “th” (condition) which taken together means “the condition of well-being”

A great strategy I learned from the guys at Progressive Property that works well is this:
70 - 20 - 10
This is where you spend 70% of your time on your main strategy, 20% on your secondary strategy and the 10% just on planning/thinking of the future.
Once you have built systems, a team and operations manuals for your 70%. You can then park that into auto pilot where you no longer work in that part, you only work ON it. Leaving the day to day running to the team.
A great way to know if you are ready is to ask yourself – “Can I go away for 6 months with no email or contact and come back to this running well?”
There's a thing called the Landlord Trap. This is where people look to invest in property to replace their job and create freedom through passive income. They end up creating another job through sourcing, renovating and tenant managing. This is far from a life of freedom with passive income. It’s another full time job, that , without the correct systems in place can prove challenging.

First of all, 3 ways works very well, it is just a matter of working out your own personal circumstances.
1. Pro: you get to reap 100% of the rewards. Con: make sure you have enough spare time to study a strategy and time to implicate. The 100% reward can easily turn into 100% loss if you make a mistake.
2. Pro: you get to spread the risk and any stress. Con: you have to make sure you are on the same page of thinking, or a lot of time and energy can be wasted. Always have your roles clear from the start as one person could end up doing more.
3. Pro: leverage/time, you get to leverage all their teams experience and their time. You also get to learn from them. Con: this will cost you something.
